Are you a boho soul or a pilates princess?

Instead of rushing and tumbling into 2026, this year I've taken a week away from social media and tried to resist all the pressures that are pushed at us entering a New Year. After a lovely holiday season in Ibiza, I'm easing back into things, but if I'm honest, with the days still short and chilly, I'm definitely still in hibernation mode. Anyone else feeling their energy levels somewhat dictated by the seasons?

I am, however, so looking forward to the upcoming retreat season filled with long sunny days of gentle, nourishing movement, and island adventures.

If the cold, dark days of winter get you down a bit and you want a little me time reset to look forward to there are still a few spots left on the Spring Retreats and I have a really special new retreat announcements coming up at the end of Jamuary.

Things to welcome in 2026. What will you be bringing in to the coming year?

Anyone else feeling exhausted with all the holiday festivities? I'll be heading to Ibiza for a quiet Christmas and can't wait for cliff top hikes, beach lunchs and a slower pace for a week or so. In the meantime I've been reminiscing on some slow moments during the 2025 retreats.

We are thrilled to have @nourishibiza back with us for the fifth time this May during the 'Spirit of Ibiza' Retreat. Incredibly talented at what she does, she will keep us fueled and nourished with delicious farm to table fare full of flavour and nutrition. Welcome to our West Coast Retreat villa, where we'll call home for five nights during the May & Reformer Pilates Retreat in May.

Serene, comfortable and the epitome of laid back modern Ibiza vibes with a gorgeous pool and a five minute walk from the beach.
